	The Endangered Plant Advisory Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	1. Approval of Agenda (Additions, Changes). 2. Review and Approve Minutes of Last Fall Meeting. 3. Evaluate/Rank Grant Proposals for Fiscal Year 2011-2012. 4. Consideration to Confirm Ranking Number Details Accepted During Last Meeting. 5. Discussion to remove Gossypium hirsutum (wild Cotton) from regulated plant index. 6. Four Year Interval Review of Regulated Plant Index. 7. Election of Officers. 8. Comments or Concerns from Interested Parties. 9. Schedule Next Meeting.
