Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Amending the definition of “controlled observation” to clarify that its use is authorized only in limited circumstances.

SUMMARY:

The amendment specifies that only separate and identified rooms may be used for controlled observation, and such rooms can only be used for that purpose.
