PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to amend the citations within this section with regard to water use permitting. The effect of the proposed amendments is to maintain consistency with amendments to Chapter 40B-2, F.A.C., which became effective January 4, 2010.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule will amend citations within this section with regard to water use permitting.
