Admissible Reading Material

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify that staff shall remove any improper packing material from admissible reading material before providing the contents to the receiving inmate.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule clarifies that staff shall remove any inadmissible packing material from admissible reading material before providing the contents to the receiving inmate.
