	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, November 19, 2010, 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	Docket No.: 040763-TP – Request for submission of proposals for relay service, beginning in June 2005, for the hearing and speech impaired, and other implementation matters in compliance with the Florida Telecommunications Access System Act of 1991. This is a meeting of the Telecommunications Access System Act Advisory Committee established pursuant to Section 427.706, Florida Statutes. The purpose of this committee meeting is to discuss current relevant issues related to relay such as Federal and State Regulatory updates, FTRI equipment distribution services and outreach, current call volumes, a new Relay Request For Proposal, and other Telecommunications Relay Service updates. If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice. Notice of cancellation will also be provided on the Commission’s website (http://www.psc.state.fl.us) under the Hot Topics link found on the home page.
