Reimbursement Contract

PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to amend the rule listed above to implement Section 215.555, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to adopt the 2011/2012 Reimbursement Contract, including Addenda and Optional Amendment.
