65C-16.018

Adoption Benefits for Qualifying Employees of State Agencies (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To align the rule with statutory changes made during the 2010 legislative session. Chapter 2010-158, Laws of Florida, repealed Section 409.1663, F.S. The Department no longer has the statutory authority to implement this provision of law.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule repeals Rule 65C-16.018, F.A.C., relating to the adoption benefits for qualifying adoptive employees of state agencies.
