64B8-8.018

Voluntary Relinquishment of License

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to clarify the criteria with regard to voluntary relinquishment of licenses.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment clarifies that restrictions or obligations upon a licensee by a licensing board shall be considered as disciplinary action upon the license.
