The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the Department’s Improved Tentative Work Program for District Three, for the period 2011/2012 through 2015/2016, and to consider the necessity of making any changes to the program. Written comments from TPOs/TPAs and other interested parties will be received by the Department at the Public Hearings and within 10 days thereafter. Comments should be addressed to: Mr. James T.
