Overview



	The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation, Three-Member Panel announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, December 13, 2010, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Larson Building, Room 116, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The Three-Member Panel will meet to discuss three primary agenda items: 1. Reimbursement methodology to determine usual and customary charges for hospital outpatient services. 2. Draft Biennial Report. 3. Medical Reimbursement Dispute and Overutilization Report. 4. Status updates on Rules 69L-7.020 and 69L-7.100, F.A.C.
