PURPOSE:

The amendments to the department’s Protective Action Response (PAR) verbal and physical intervention program are necessary to accommodate county operation of juvenile detention centers.

SUMMARY:

References to state operated and contracted facilities are revised to include county operation of detention centers and facilities.
