RULE:

64B8-9.0131	Training Requirements for Physicians Practicing in Pain Management Clinics
64B8-9.0132	Requirement for Pain Management Clinic Registration; Inspection or Accreditation

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of rule amendments to address the standards of practice for physicians practicing in pain management clinics, including but not limited to, training requirements. In addition the Board proposes rule development to review the criteria for clinic registration and inspection.

SUBJECT:

Standards of practice for pain management clinics, including training requirements and the requirements for registration, inspection or accreditation.
