	The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 9, 2010, A Teacher Hearing Panel, 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard; A Committee of the Education Practices Commission will meet to discuss the needs of the office of the Education Practices Commission, 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators.
