Supplemental Educational Services in Title I Schools (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to adopt the updated application, Form SES 100, Supplemental Educational Services Provider Application, and to revise the provider approval processes. The effect is the adoption of the updated form for applicants seeking to provide Supplemental Educational Services during the 2011-2012 school year.

SUMMARY:

The rule is amended to adopt the updated application form for applicants to apply as Supplemental Educational Services providers.
