	The Florida Space Research Institute, Inc. (FSRI) Board of Directors announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 17, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Resource Center, Florida Space Authority, 100 Spaceport Way, Cape Canaveral, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the status of FSRI programs and to appoint members to the FSRI Board of Directors. Any person requiring special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact FSRI at least seven days prior to the meeting.
