Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 13, 2011, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

PLACE:	2600 Blair Stone Road, Room 609, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	This is a rulemaking workshop to consider changes to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C., that are necessary to implement Chapters 2010-205 and 2010-143, Laws of Florida. The proposed changes include construction and closure requirements for construction and demolition debris landfills, a requirement that all construction and demolition debris be processed prior to disposal when economically feasible, and updated financial assurance requirements.
