RULE:

68A-24.002	Methods of Taking Fur-Bearing Animals; Possession; Open Season
68A-24.005	Transporting and Shipping Live Raccoons

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2011, associated with methods of taking, possession of, and open season for furbearing animals; and transporting and shipping live raccoons.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include methods of taking, possession of, and open season for furbearing animals; and transporting and shipping live raccoons.
