6D-4.002

President (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Previously, FLDOE recommended that all FSDB Board of Trustees employees minimum qualifications be moved from 6D Board Rules to a statement of agency organization and operation, pursuant to Rule 28-101.001, F.A.C. Because a president search was underway, the president’s minimum qualifications were not repealed at that time.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of this rule was to establish the qualifications, duties and responsibilities of the President of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind.
