Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 19, 2011, 1:30 p.m. (EST) A prehearing for Florida Power & Light Company to be held in the following dockets: Docket No. 100001-EI – Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor Docket No. 100002-EG – Energy conservation cost recovery clause Docket No. 100007-EI – Environmental cost recovery clause

PLACE:	Room 148, The Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider (1) the simplification of the issues; (2) the identification of the positions of the parties on the issues; (3) the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) the identification of the exhibits; (5) the establishment of an order of witnesses; and, (6) such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action.
