Overview



	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 17, 2011 and possibly February 18, 2011, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Winewood Office Complex, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Building 1, Room 103, Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	The Department of Children and Families will enter into contract negotiations to fill an Independent Consultant position to assist DCF to comply with the terms and conditions as outlined in a Settlement Agreement between the Department of Children and Families and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The desired outcome of the meeting is to reach a satisfactory agreement on the contractual arrangement between vendor and the Department.
