Implementation of Class Size Accountability and Funding Calculations for Public Schools Including Charter Schools

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to implement the Department duties regarding determining compliance with class size requirements, calculating funding reductions and reallocations, and withholding class size reduction funding.
