RULE:

61J1-10.002	Registered Trainee Real Estate Appraiser
61J1-10.003	Certified Residential Appraiser
61J1-10.004	Certified General Appraiser

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments to address the requirement for the three hour course regarding the roles and responsibilities of supervisor and trainee appraisers.

SUMMARY:

Language will be clarified regarding the three hour continuing education course which outlines the roles and responsibilities of supervisor and trainee appraisers.
