Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 3 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 21, 2011 and Thursday, June 23, 2011, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (both dates)

PLACE:	Panama City Beach Senior Center (June 21), 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach, FL and Christian International Ministries (June 23), 5200 US Highway 98 East, Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Subject:	The Department is holding two West Bay Parkway, Segment 1 Alternative Alignment PD&E Public Meetings to inform the public of the County Road (CR) 388 extension in Bay and Walton Counties. For the public’s convenience, one meeting will take place in Bay County, Tuesday, June 21 and one meeting in Walton County, Thursday, June 23. Identical information will be presented at each meeting to update stakeholders on the project’s progress, schedule, and to receive input on proposed alternative alignments. The project consists of various alternative alignments for a new roadway, which will connect US 98 in Walton County, to State Road (SR) 79 in Bay County near the existing CR 388. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
