	The Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority, Board of Directors and its advisory committees announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, June 3, 2011, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven Office, 11201 N. McKinley Drive, Tampa, FL 33612

Subject:	The Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority Board of Directors and its advisory committees, invites you to attend and participate in the Master Plan Update Public Hearing. The public hearing is being conducted pursuant to Chapter 343.922(3)(d), Florida Statutes, and Title VI and Title VIII of the United States Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968. Individuals requiring accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact: Michelle Greene, (813)282-8200 at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, nation origin, disability, or family status. TBARTA will receive verbal and written comments at the public hearing. The comment period will remain open through June 24, 2011 and should be postmarked by this date to become part of the official record.
