Adult Cystic Fibrosis Waiver Services Procedure Codes and Fee Schedule (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Rule 59G-13.015, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Waiver Services Procedure Codes and Fee Schedule, March 2007. The fee schedule for the Adult Cystic Fibrosis (ACF) waiver will be a new, stand-alone rule.

SUMMARY:

The fee schedule establishes a list of procedures and associated fees for services to be delivered by qualified providers to ACF waiver participants.
