	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Department is holding the fourth public meeting of the OSTDS TAC. The Clean Waterways Act, Section 8, Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida, created and directed the Department to appoint an OSTDS TAC that will provide recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2022 related to the availability of enhanced nutrient-reducing OSTDS in the marketplace, including such systems that are cost-effective, low maintenance, and reliable, recommend regulatory options, appropriate setback distances from surface water, groundwater, and wells and the use of associated Enhanced Nutrient Reducing (ENR) technology. The OSTDS TAC’s recommendations will guide the Department’s future rulemaking.
