Minimum Training Requirements for Home Health Aides for Medically Fragile Children

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to create a new rule within Chapter 59A-8, F.A.C. to implement the provisions of HB 391 (LOF 2023-183) to outline training curriculum for home health aides for medically fragile children as well as establish data reporting by home health agencies.
