RULE:

6M-4.500

Child Attendance and Provider Reimbursements

PURPOSE:

The proposed revisions add additional eligibility criteria for School Readiness (SR) providers to obtain and maintain a special needs differential provider reimbursement payment and reimbursement requirement for a staff training day.

SUMMARY:

The rule addresses provider maintenance and verification of attendance as well as SR provider reimbursements.
