PURPOSE:

Section 200.065(5)(a), F.S., as amended by section 2 of Chapter 2026-240, L.O.F. (SB 4-F), revises the calculation for determining the maximum millage rate. The purpose of the proposed amendment to Rule 12D-17.004, F.A.C., is to align language regarding the maximum millage levy calculation final disclosure form with the statutory change.
