65C-13.030: Standards for Licensed Out-of-Home Caregivers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 19, 2012, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65C-13.030(5)(g)11., Florida Administrative Code, form Robert and Aleta Moffett. Subparagraph 65C-13.030(5)(g)11., F.A.C., requires each children over 36 months of age may not share a bedroom with a child of the opposite sex.
