20-82.004: Adjustment of Minimum Total Soluble Solids Requirements

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38 No. 40, October 1, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.The Department published a Notice of Change on October 1, 2012 and inadvertantly included rule 20-108.004 in that notice. Rule 20-108.004 was not included in the proposed rule published on August 24, 2012.
