NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 06, 2007, the The Department of Children and Families has issued an order.
The Department of Children and Famillies granted a request for Waiver of subsection 65C-14-055(4), F.A.C., to Youth Crisis Center; Brenda Plant; Annette Bair and the basis for decision is that petitioners demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities, that the rule is intended to ensure covered staff possess.
