NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 02, 2009, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Children’s Network of Southwest Florida and J’ana Jackson, assigned Case No. 09-004W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s or master degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university.
