NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 13, 2009, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Lewis M. Carroll, assigned Case No. 09-012W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., require staff of a licensed child-placing agency who perform casework services have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
