NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 09, 2009, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., from Thomas James Mazard, assigned Case No. 09-025W. Subsection 65C-15.017(2), F.A.C., requires staff of a licensed child-placing agency responsible for supervising casework services possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a related field.
