NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 08, 2009, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver, of subsection 65C-15.017(2), Florida Administrative Code, from Rene J. Bowen, assigned Case No. 09-031W. Subsection 65C-15.017(2), F.A.C., require agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from accredited college or university.
