65C-13.032: Capacity, Placement, and Over-Capacity Assessments

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 05, 2009, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65C-13.032(3)(a), Florida Administrative Code, from Eckered Community Alternatives, assigned Case No. 09-037W. Paragraph 65C-13.032(3)(a), F.A.C. states assessment approvals for the rule of five or no more than two infants under twenty-four months shall be given prior to placement for the following situations and shall be approved personally and in writing by the Regional Administrator or the Chief Executive Officer for the Community Based Care Lead Agency.
