65C-13.030: Standards for Licensed Out-of-Home Caregivers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 08, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-13.030(2), Florida Administrative Code, from Kids in Distress and Veronica Dowdell, assigned Case No. 10-011W. Subsection 65C-13.030(2), F.A.C. states there should be no more than five children in a licensed home, including the family’s own children.
