NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 18, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-14.102(4), Florida Adminstrative Code, from Outward Bound, assigned Case No. 10-021W. Subsection 65C-14.102(4), F.A.C. requires the location of a campsite shall not present a fire, health, or safety hazard and shall be located on land that is properly drained.
