NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 08, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(1), Florida Administrative Code, from St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners and Venerria Thomas, assigned Case No.: 10-026W. Subsection 65C-15.017(1), F.A.C., requires the Director shall have a master’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years experience in human services or child welfare programs.
