NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 13, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-14.055(1), Florida Administrative Code, from New Haven Dominion, Inc. and Velvet George, assigned Case No.: 10-033W. Subsection 65C-14.055(1), F.A.C., requires the Executive Director who is responsible for the general management and administration of the agency is required to have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in management supervision.
