NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 02, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of Rule 65C-15.017, Florida Administrative Code, from Devereux Florida and Stephanie Feliciano, assigned Case No.: 10-056W. Rule 65C-15.017, F.A.C., requires agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience in human services or child welfare programs. A bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university or related area of study and four years of experience in human services or child welfare programs may be substituted. A doctorate in social work or a related area of study may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
