65C-13.030: Standards for Licensed Out-of-Home Caregivers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 16, 2011, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65C-13.030(5)(g), subsection (11), Florida Administrative Code, from Camelot Community Care, Inc. and Edmonde and Nevers Manigat, assigned Case No. 11-007W. Paragraph 65C-13.030(5)(g), F.A.C., requires each children over 36 months of age may not share a bedroom with a child of the opposite sex.
