Candidates' Post Exam Review of Examination Questions, Answers, Papers, Grades and Grading Key

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments are to update and revise Rule 61-11.017, F.A.C., to clarify existing language and remove unnecessary language.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed is Rule 61-11.017, F.A.C., relating to the Candidates’ Post Exam Review of Examination Questions, Answers, Papers, Grades and Grading Key as it relates to Department required examinations, in order to update and revise the rules to clarify existing language and remove unnecessary language.
