Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule amendments to clarify the range of penalties for existing disciplinary guidelines in response to  Joint Administrative Procedures Committee comments and creates new disciplinary guidelines for violations of s. 456.072(1)(pp).
