PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2015, associated with methods of taking, possession of, and open season for furbearing animals; license and tagging requirements; operations and reporting requirements for fur and hide dealers; and transporting and shipping live raccoons.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include methods of taking, possession of, and open season for furbearing animals; license and tagging requirements; operations and reporting requirements for fur and hide dealers; and transporting and shipping live raccoons.
