15C-21.001

Application for Certificate of Title

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to establish and implement uniform procedures regarding vehicle and vessel titles. The procedures will include the incorporation by reference of an application form for vehicle or vessel certificates of title.

Vessel and Vehicle titles; application form to receive a certificate of title.
