Regional Centers for Implementing Services to Individuals with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Autistic-like Disabilities, Dual Sensory Impairments, or Sensory Impairment with Other Disabling Conditions

PURPOSE:

To amend the rule to align with section 1004.55, and remove unnecessary language. The effect will provide clarity regarding regional center requirements.
