65C-23.001

Assessment

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-23.001, F.A.C., to clarify when an assessment must be done to determine whether to recommend a hardship extension for a minor child of a family participating in the Temporary Cash Assistance program.  Additionally, the Department intends to update a form.
