60A-1.002

Purchase of Commodities or Contractual Services

PURPOSE:

To update Chapter 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code with needed updates, and to incorporate changes from Chapter 2010-151, Laws of Florida, and to clarify these rules and incorporate additional information regarding current practices and procedures related to purchases made by state offices.

SUBJECT:

Incorporating changes regarding purchases made by state offices into Chapter 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code, and corresponding forms related to conflicts of interest.
